After Dialing In
If You Dial In Early
You’ll be asked to state your name. Feel free to greet everyone.
If You Dial In After Service Has Started
You will be prompted to state your name. Please do NOT state your name, as this may interrupt the flow of worship.
Muting Your Phone
Once service begins, please mute your phone to avoid background noise.
- Dial \6* to mute or unmute.
- You will hear “muted” or “unmuted” to confirm your status.
- If your keypad does not allow \*6, you may mute your phone manually.
- If you cannot mute your phone at all, please remain in a quiet room for the duration of service.
If You Get Disconnected
High call volume may occasionally cause disconnections. If this happens:
- Simply dial back in until you reconnect.
- If you return during service, do not announce yourself.
- Ensure your phone is muted once reconnected.
